How It Works

How to set up a joint-stock company in Turkey

Sign up for Tekyerden.

After you sign up for Tekyerden, your formation consultant contacts you about the formation steps.

Get your articles prepared.

Your MERSİS account with the Ministry of Trade is created and your articles of association are prepared.

Get an appointment.

A formation appointment is booked with the Chamber of Commerce for your business address.

Deposit the capital.

A deposit of 25% of the capital is paid into a bank account opened in the company's name.

Complete the procedures.

The procedures are completed at the appointment with the required documents, and your signature circular (imza sirküleri) is obtained from a notary.
