1. Nature of the Service

Tekyerden is a platform:

• That can provide financial integrations,
• That can connect with payment infrastructures,
• That offers operational convenience to businesses,

and serves as a technology and software infrastructure.

Tekyerden:

• Is not a bank,
• Is not an electronic money institution,
• Is not a payment institution,
• Is not a provider of credit or financing.

2. Payment Services

Payment solutions that may be offered through the platform may include services such as:

• Payment by link,
• Virtual POS integrations,
• Subscription payments,
• Collection infrastructures,
• Open banking connections,
• Payment routing systems,
• Installment or financing solutions,

and similar services.

These services are provided through business partners and financial institutions holding the relevant licenses.

3. Licensed Business Partners

Payment transactions may be carried out through:

• Banks,
• Electronic money institutions,
• Payment institutions,
• Financial technology providers,

as applicable.

Tekyerden only provides the technical integration and software infrastructure for the relevant services.

4. User Funds

Tekyerden:

• Does not hold user funds,
• Does not accept deposits,
• Does not issue electronic money,
• Does not provide custody services on behalf of users.

Funds used in payment processes are managed by the relevant licensed institutions.

5. Liability in Financial Transactions

With respect to:

• Bank-related interruptions,
• Payment institution problems,
• Infrastructure delays,
• Third-party service outages,
• Chargeback processes,
• Fraud attempts,
• Internet or system failures,

Tekyerden cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from the above.

6. Financing and Installment Services

Any installment or financing solutions that may be offered within the platform are provided through the relevant banks and financial institutions.

Credit assessment, approval and allocation processes are subject to the relevant financial institutions' own policies.

Tekyerden does not act as a decision-maker or financing provider in these processes.

7. Third-Party Services

Tekyerden may use various third-party services in payment and financial processes. These may include, for example:

• Payment infrastructures,
• Banks,
• Open banking services,
• AI services,
• Security services,
• Fraud prevention systems,

among others.

The terms of use and policies of these services apply separately.

8. Security

Tekyerden takes care to implement the technical and administrative measures necessary for data security and system security in payment processes.

However, risks arising from internet infrastructure and third-party services may not be entirely eliminated.

The User is responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of their account,
• Not sharing their login credentials,
• Reporting suspicious transactions,

and is bound by these obligations.

9. Changes

Tekyerden reserves the right to amend this disclosure. The current version enters into force on the date it is published on the website.
